To Your Organisation
In our experience most providers that offer qualifications in management
/ leadership offer a very standard and inflexible approach to learning
including content and learning methods.
Our approach (if required) is that we develop a programme that
is tailored specifically to your organisational development needs
but is also dovetailed to the qualifications framework such as the
Institute of Leadership & Management.
We can achieve a complete ‘bespoke’ programme by designing
it around the business needs of the organisation. This is achieved
through an initial design consultation process that occurs at the
start of the process. This involves a short consultation with as
many of the stakeholders involved in the process, to identify the
key organisational measures to be used as targets for learning and
build them into both the learning and assessment processes. From
there, a flexible entirely tailored approach can be defined that
meets the needs and desires of the organisation’s stakeholders,
first and foremost, whilst also meeting the requirements for accreditation
at level 2 through to 7.
Endorsed or Development Awards
In addition, we can also offer Endorsed and Development Awards
which enable organisations to achieve external validation and recognition
programmes, which have been specially designed to support their
specific organisational needs and tailored to their own internal
systems and practices.
The key difference between the two types of Awards is that the
Endorsed Award must include some form of participant assessment,
whereas Development Awards do not.
