How It Works
360 degree feedback enables us to build a detailed 3d profile of
an individual with feedback acquired from their immediate manager
and a cross section of people that interact with that individual,
both within their department and from other areas of the organisation.
Where appropriate, customer feedback can also be sought.
All of this is then plotted against the self perception of the individual
concerned providing clarity of strengths and areas for development
as well as highlighting where perceptions are different.
We ensure that all of the feedback is confidential, user friendly
and relevant for the development of the individual. As a result
of this, the contributions are of high quality and beneficial to
the recipient.
Once we have collated the feedback we will meet with the recipient
and discuss the opportunities provided by the feedback. A personal
development plan can then be linked into a broader Training and
Development Needs development plan.
