‘The demands
on local government are constantly shifting…’ so starts
the Executive Summary of the Organisational Development Resource
Document for local Government, published by the Office of the Deputy
Prime Minister.
In order to assist Local Authorities in meeting
these constantly shifting demands, Progress International have created
a transformational Organisational Development Programme which is
closely aligned to the 2005 Local Government Pay and Workforce Strategy.
