Meeting
We
explore your requirements together, in greater depth. This
enables us to really understand your organisation and link
individual objectives with the corporate plan. Agreement on
priorities, together with a framework for the solution and
the methods involved is constructed at this stage.
Skills
Gaps Analysis
Information will be required on the scope and depth of individual development
needs. Into the framework will go the key and priority modules
and interventions. Identification of key paradigm shifts and
the benefits these will bring need to be merged with the key
business performance issues and the achievement of the future
vision.
Tailoring
and Measures
Before
running the modules we need to be clear about how we will
measure the success of the programme – and the changes it
facilitates. We envisage the modules having ‘real life’ case
studies rather than relying on theory or abstraction. Your
real issues and desired actions are targeted.
Project
Team Assigned
Back
at the office a project team is assigned. No client is managed
in isolation and there will always be an office-based contact
on-hand. We also make sure that each trainer has a substitute
available for each contract and each subject.
Preparation
Preparation of the case studies and exercises specific to your
organisation and its objectives as well as any fine-tuning
of the programme before delivery. Methods of continually challenging
thinking and self-perception are devised.
Delivery
Programme roll-out - delivery of dynamic, interactive, pragmatic
and enjoyable learning interventions that result in participants
having the skills, knowledge, motivation & confidence
to implement their learning on a day-to-day basis. New thinking
and self-perceptions facilitated.
Measurement
All development undertaken is evaluated and measured using easy
to apply methods that are agreed with both management and
participants. The clearer the objectives - the easier it is
to measure success.
De-Brief
De-brief meetings discuss how to build on the success
of the programme. Improvements and enhancements are built
into future interventions.
