TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKINGS Bookings can be made by Telephone, Post, Fax, e-mail or via our website. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing. FEE REDUCTIONS Where the client books two places for the same workshop and date a 10% fee reduction will be given, and for three places a 15% reduction will be given. CHARITIES A 15% reduction in fee will be given to registered charities. JOINING INSTRUCTIONS Information will be sent to the purchaser of the programmes approximately two weeks prior to the start date. SUBSTITUTIONS The client may substitute participants at any time prior to the start date. CANCELLATIONS We will accept written cancellations up to four weeks prior to the start date. Cancellations after this date will be subject to 100% of the fee. TRANSFERS Should the client wish to transfer a delegate to a later event, there will be no penalties incurred for the first transfer if received four weeks prior to the start date. Subsequent transfers will incur a £50 + VAT admin charge. WORKSHOP CONTENT We reserve the right to adjust the content of workshops to reflect developments in the subject. This will not affect workshop objectives. COURSE MATERIALS All course material remains the property of Progress International Ltd, and cannot be reproduced by the client unless agreed in writing by a Director of Progress. ACCOMMODATION We can provide a list of local Hotels and B & B's. All bookings will be the responsibility of the client. Bills should be settled by the delegate on the morning of departure. A programme booking will be taken as acceptance of these term and conditions by the client. All information given is correct at time of press and we reserve the right to change, amend and improve where necessary.
